“Laakhon Mein Ek-1971” was directed by S.S. Balan for ‘Gemini, Madras’. S.S. Balan was also the producer of this movie. The cast of this movie included Mehmood, Debutant actress Radha, Pran, Aruna Irani, Ramesh Deo, Shobha Khote, David, Kanhaiyalal, Lalita Pawar, Nazir Hussain, Mohan Choti, Mukri, Keshto Mukherjee, , Viju Khote and Madan Puri (in guest appearance) and others.
The story of this movie was written by K. Balachander. Dialogues of this movie were by Pandit Mukhram Sharma. Editing of this movie was done by M. Umanath.
“Laakhon Mein Ek-1971” has six songs in it including one multiple version song. The lyrics for all the songs were written by Anand Bakshi. Music for this movie was composed by Rahul Dev Burman.
